La Monusco donne 48 h au M23 pour déposer les armes
L’ONU a donné un ultimatum au M23 de déposer les armes sous 48 heures, soit avant jeudi 16 heures, après quoi la brigade offensive constituée de Tanzaniens et de Sud-africains pourraient intervenir aux côtés des FARDC associées aux FDLR et Maï-Maï.
The UN has given an ultimatum to the M23 to disarm within 48 hours, before Thursday at 4pm, after which the "offensive brigade" with Tanzanians and South Africans could intervene alongside the FARDC and FDLR associated with Mai-Mai.
